Support

One address reaches us. Write in plain language and say which iPhone and iOS version you are on if something is broken.
If the link does not open your mail app, the address is deeplocksupport@gmail.com.
Support is a small operation. Most messages get a reply within a few business days. We do not promise a fixed response time.
Deleting your account
To delete your DeepLock account and the data tied to it:
- Open DeepLock on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings inside the app.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
The app clears its local data only after the server confirms the account is gone, so a failed request never leaves you signed out of an account that still exists.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that separately using the links below.
If you cannot reach the app, email deeplocksupport@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple Account. You manage and cancel them in the Settings app, and Apple handles refund requests.
Accessibility
DeepLock should work with VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, and increased contrast. This website is built to WCAG 2.2 AA: it works by keyboard, keeps a visible focus outline, respects reduced motion, and holds AA contrast throughout.
If something blocks you, email deeplocksupport@gmail.com with the screen and the assistive technology you use. Accessibility reports go to the front of the queue.
Privacy requests
To ask what is stored about you, or to have it deleted, use the same address. The privacy policy lists exactly what is held and who processes it.
